Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wonly mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Klub 51 ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Wonly is a word-guessing party game where players explain words using only words starting with a specific letter. The App is available on iOS and may offer both free and paid features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Some content is marked as 18+ and restricted to users who confirm they meet this age requirement.

3. Account and Usage

You do not need to create an account. No personal registration or login is required. Game data is stored locally on your device and is not synced across devices.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

4.1. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases including subscriptions (weekly, monthly, annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlock premium content and features.

4.2. Payment

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions.

4.3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4. Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Wonly.

4.5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.6. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the trial period will be specified at purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to paid.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and word databases, is the property of Klub 51 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLUB 51 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
