Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Klub 51 ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Wonly mobile application ("App").
Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to minimizing data collection and being transparent about any data we do process.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, or process:
- Personal names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Passwords or account credentials
- Location data (GPS, IP-based geolocation)
- Contacts, photos, or media from your device
- Health, fitness, or biometric data
- Financial information or payment details (all payments are handled by Apple)
- Player names you enter in the App (these are stored locally on your device only)
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, the following non-personal data may be collected automatically:
- Device type and model (e.g., iPhone 15)
- Operating system version (e.g., iOS 18.2)
- App version
- Language and locale settings
- General usage analytics: app launches, screens viewed, features used
- Crash logs and non-fatal error reports (stack traces, device state, breadcrumbs)
- Subscription state: whether a subscription or in-app purchase is active, the active plan, and renewal/expiration timestamps (processed by Apple; we receive entitlement status only)
- A randomly generated, non-personal vendor identifier used by our subscription provider to associate purchases across app launches on the same device
- Anonymous attribution data via Apple's SKAdNetwork (used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns)
This data is collected in aggregate or pseudonymous form and cannot be used to identify you personally.
1.3. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Subscription Management
We use the following third-party services to operate the App. Each service receives only the data necessary for its function and is bound by its own privacy policy.
- Mixpanel (Mixpanel, Inc.) — event analytics. Collects anonymized usage events such as which screens are viewed, which features are used, and aggregate session statistics.
- Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — high-level app usage analytics and engagement metrics.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — crash reports and non-fatal error diagnostics, used to identify and fix bugs.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) — delivery of push notifications (if you enable them in your device settings).
- Adapty (Adapty Tech, Inc.) — management of in-app subscriptions, server-side receipt validation, A/B testing of paywalls and onboarding flows, and subscription analytics.
- Apple SKAdNetwork — privacy-preserving advertising attribution. No personal identifiers leave the device; Apple aggregates the data before delivering it to advertising partners (which may include Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, X (Twitter), and similar networks).
Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated wherever technically possible. We do not link analytics data to any directly identifiable personal information.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Provide and maintain the App
- Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Improve the App's performance and user experience
- Diagnose and fix bugs and crashes
- Run A/B experiments to evaluate UX changes
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (via SKAdNetwork)
- Understand which features are most popular
- Provide customer support when contacted
We do not sell your data, share it for third-party advertising, build personal profiles, or send marketing communications.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent any user data to third parties. Data may be shared with:
- Apple — purchase verification, subscription management, App Store services.
- Adapty — subscription processing and paywall A/B testing.
- Google (Firebase) — anonymized analytics, crash diagnostics, and push delivery.
- Mixpanel — anonymized event analytics.
- Apple SKAdNetwork participants — anonymized, aggregated advertising attribution data.
- Legal authorities — only when required by law.
All third-party services act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Game data (player names, scores, settings) is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Player names entered in the App are not collected, stored, or processed by us.
- Subscription and crash data is transmitted via TLS (HTTPS) to the third-party services listed above.
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data we do process.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The App contains an optional 18+ content category that requires age confirmation. This content is hidden by default.

6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, deletion, correction, portability, and objection regarding your data.
Since we do not collect directly identifying personal data and do not require account creation, most of these rights are automatically fulfilled. To exercise any right, or to request deletion of any pseudonymous data tied to your device or subscription, contact [email protected] and include the date of your most recent purchase (if any) so we can locate your records.

8. Data Retention
- Local data: Deleted when you uninstall the App.
- Analytics and diagnostic data: Retained for up to 24 months by the third-party services listed above.
- Subscription data: Retained by Adapty and Apple for as long as required to honor active entitlements and to comply with tax and accounting laws.
- Crash reports: Retained for up to 90 days by Crashlytics.
9. International Data Transfers
The third-party services we use operate servers in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States and the European Union. By using the App, you consent to the international transfer of the limited data described above to those jurisdictions.
10. Push Notifications
If push notifications are enabled, the App may send promotional, transactional, or gameplay-related messages. You can disable push notifications at any time from your device settings (Settings → Notifications → Wonly).
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
